Less Clutter,
More Ease
From decluttering and reworking spaces to building simple, repeatable organizing systems, the focus is on making your home more functional and easier to maintain. Small, intentional shifts in layout and organization create the biggest impact in how a space looks, feels, and works day to day.
Hi there! I'm Kristin - a professional home organizer based in San Luis Obispo. I believe an organized home makes life feel lighter and I love helping people create spaces that actually work for them.
Life pushes us toward more. More to do, more things you "need", and more distractions from what really matters. It is possible to let go of the unnecessary clutter and create a space that feels calm and organized. Most of the time, you just need a little support along the way to make it happen.
Through Mindful Spaces, I help people throughout the Central Coast simplify, organize, and reclaim their spaces. Whether you’re overwhelmed by clutter, navigating a life change, or just need some extra support, I'm here to help. Together, we’ll simplify, organize, and create spaces that truly work for you.
The Process
Free Consultation
Every project begins with a free consultation, typically held over the phone. This is a chance to discuss your space and what you'd like to accomplish. We'll discuss how the organizing process works, review pricing, and explore scheduling options.
Project Quote
After your consultation, you'll share photos or videos of your space. Based on these, you'll receive an estimated number of hours for your project.
This estimate provides a general idea of what to expect. As the project gets underway, the time needed will become clearer based on the space and the scope of the organizing work.
Book Sessions
Organizing sessions are typically scheduled in 4–5 hour blocks to allow for meaningful progress. Whether you prefer to be hands-on or take a more hands-off approach, your input is always welcome. The process is collaborative, with your vision and needs guiding the final result.
